I trust you all had a wonderful holiday. Given my slow pace of posts during the holiday season, I figured I should begin the new year with a review of a special rum. This time it’s the Samaroli Caribbean 2003–a fine example of pure Caribbean rum by way of Scotland. Read the review here.
