Marlin: .5oz lime, lemon, Maraschino, orgeat, blue Curaçao, 1oz Clement VSOP, 1oz @KoloaRumCompany white
Brandy Crusta: 2oz Cognac, .75oz lemon, .5oz Maraschino, .5oz curaçao.
Satan’s Whiskers cocktail
1/2 oz. gin, 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier, 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth, 1/2 oz. dry vermouth, 1/2 oz. orange juice, Dash orange bitters
La Merced: 1.5 oz ea. pisco, amaro Montenegro, sweet vermouth w/fat orange twist

1 1/2 oz Pampero rum, 1 oz lemon, 1/2 oz light molasses, 1/2 oz rich simple syrup, 1/4 oz allspice dram, 1 dash angostura bitters, 2 1/2 oz seltzer, lemon twist
New Orleans Buck: 1.5oz rum, .5oz OJ, .5oz lime, 2 oz ginger ale, 2 dashes Peychaud’s
Beachcomber’s Gold: 1.5oz white rum, .5oz ea. dry and sweet vermouth
Kuawa Daiquiri: 2oz Plantation 5 rum, 1.5oz guava nectar, .25oz lime juice, .25oz sugar cane syrup. Shake w/ice, fine strain into coupe
Kiwi Caipirinha: 2oz cachaca, .5oz simple syrup, 1 whole kiwi. Muddle, shake with crushed ice. Kiwi wheel garnish.

White Manhattan: 1.5oz white whiskey, .5oz Benedictine, .5oz dry vermouth, 3 dashes orange bitters. Stir, strain.
Hyde Park No 2: 1.5oz gin, .5oz Pimm’s, .25oz honey mix, .25oz lemon, .5oz OJ. Shake, strain, cherry.
Shark’s Tooth: 1.5oz aged rum, .25oz of each: lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, sweet vermouth, slow gin, 1 dash Ango. Orange twist & cherry
Dry Manhattan Cooler: 2oz whiskey, 1oz dry vermouth, 2oz OJ, .5oz lemon juice, .5oz orgeat. Shake w/ice and top w/club soda. Cherry garnish
Negril-ni: 1.5oz JWray overproof rum, 1.5oz grapefruit, 1oz Tawny Port, .25oz Pimento dram, 2 dashes Angostura. JWray & Ting-inspired.
Smoky Daisy: 1.5oz Blanco Tequila, .25oz Mezcal, .5oz Grand Marnier, 1oz lime juice, .5oz agave nectar. Shake, strain, coupe, lime wheel.
La Bicyclette: 2oz Farmer’s gin, .75 oz Dolin Rouge, .5oz St. Germain, 2 dashes Fee Bros. peach bitters.
Perfect Manhattan: 2.5oz bourbon, .5oz sweet vermouth, .5 dry vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura.
Martinez: 1.5oz Old Tom gin, 1.5oz sweet vermouth, .25oz Maraschino, 2 dashes orange bitters
Friday the 13th cocktail: 1/2 oz Aperol, 2 oz Plantation 5, 1/2 oz Dubonnet rouge, 2 dash Fee Bros rhubarb bitters
Broken Flue: 1 oz mezcal, 1 oz tawny port, 1 oz plata tequila, 2 dashes Fee Bros Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Mai Tai: 1oz Appleton 12, 1oz Clement VSOP, .5oz Curacao, 1oz lime, .25oz orgeat, .25 simple
Molokai Mule: 2oz OJ, 1oz lime, 1 oz orgeat, 1oz Cognac, 1oz light rum, 1 oz gold rum. Shake, serve in DOF.
Blood & Sand: 1 oz ea of Scotch, sweet vermouth, cherry liqueur and OJ
Brooklyn Cocktail: @StGeorgeSpirits B&E bourbon, Dolin dry, Amaro CioCiaro, Luxardo maraschino.
Oaxacan Standoff: 1 can Tecate, 1 glass Mezcal, 1 Spicy Hot V8
Planter’s Punch: 1 of sour, 2 of sweet, 3 of strong, 4 of weak!
Amer Picon Cooler: 1.5oz Torani Amer, 1oz gin, .5oz cherry liqueur, 1tsp simple, 1tsp lemon, shake and top w/soda
Chaplin cocktail: .75 oz Bourbon, .75 oz Sherry, .75 oz Ramazzotti, dash Cointreau, 2 dashes orange bitters
Chateau D’issogne cocktail: 1.5oz bourbon, 1.5oz sweet vermouth, .5oz aquavit, .25oz @campari.
Road to Hana: 1oz guava, 1oz pineapple, .5oz lime, .25oz orgeat, .25oz Creole Shrubb, 1oz Coruba dark, .5oz Aperol
El Diablo: 2 oz plata tequila, 1 oz ginger beer, .75 oz creme de cassis, .75 oz lemon juice.
Old Pal cocktail: 2 oz rye, .75 oz dry vermouth, .75 oz @campari . Stir w/ice, strain, no garnish
Vieux Carre: 1oz rye, 1oz brandy, 1 oz sw. Vermouth, .25 Benedictine, 1 dash Ango, 1 dash Peychauds.
La Florida cocktail: 2 oz light rum, .75 lime, .5 creme de cacao, .25 sweet vermouth, 1 tsp real grenadine. Shake, strain, coupe.
Eskrima: 2 oz OJ, 3 oz calamansi, .5 simple, 1.5 Zaya, 1 oz Flor de Caña silver, .5 creme de cassis. Shake with ice, pour over crushed ice.
Botanical Martini: 3 oz Farmer’s gin, 1 oz Dolin Dry.
Sloe Gin Fizz: 1 oz gin, 1 oz sloe gin, .75 oz lemon, .25 simple. Shake w/ice strain & top w/3 oz soda.
Last Word: .75 gin, .75 Luxardo, .75 Chartreuse, .75 lime.
Pegu Club cocktail: 1.5 gin, .5 Cointreau, .75 lime, 2 dashes Ango. Shake, strain, coupe/Nick&Nora.

Black Manhattan: 2 oz @BulleitUSA Rye, 1 oz@AvernaUSA , 2 dashes Fee Bros old fashion bitters. Stir, strain, coupe, cherry Berlioni: 1.5 gin, .75 Cynar, .5 dry vermouth, orange twist. Stir, strain, DOF, big ass ice cube.
South Slope: .75 gin, .75 Aperol, .75 Lillet blanc, .5 orange curacao, .5 lemon juice. Shake, strain, coupe
Pahoehoe: 2 oz light rum, 2 oz lilikoi, 1 oz Vic’s grenadine, 1 oz lemon. Shake w crushed ice. Flaming (sugar) cube
Caprice cocktail: 1.5 gin, 1.5 dry vermouth, .5 Benedictine, 1 dash orange bitters. Stir, strain, coupe.
